Deirdre Fibiger Property NetworkReal estate is not my hobby or something I do part time. It is a career of choice and I strive for professionalism in every aspect.
From the onset, I decided to build my career on five pillars. Integrity, Professionalism, Knowledge, Caring Service and Teamwork. This pledge resulted in me winning Rookie of the Year at the Institute of Estate Agents Awards in Port Elizabeth in my first year and ensured that I consistently do well month after month and year after year.
You, as a buyer or seller, therefore can rest assured, that when I begin to work for you, you will receive a 100% in each of these areas. I realise fully, that none of us are perfect and are busy with an ongoing learning process, so if you feel there is room for improvement – please let me know – I welcome any suggestions.
In a world that no longer values integrity the way it should, I stand proud as having been absolutely honest in every deal I have ever done. Sometimes losing a mandate, because I advised the client to rather not sell, considering their personal circumstances. I do believe however that my integrity is worth more than money and my reputation more than a quick commission.

Teamwork is a vital part of the Property Network philosophy and I would not choose any other team to be part of. It is a fact we live the Team philosophy to it's fullest and therefore you know, that when I undertake to sell your home or find you the home of your choice, you have not only my commitment but the backing of a team of professionals.
It is also a vital part of my entire approach to Real Estate. By utilising the mandates and listings of other agents as well as gleaning constantly from their knowledge, I am able to offer you, my seller or buyer, a comprehensive list of properties available or buyers in the market.
This strategy has contributed significantly to my ongoing successes as well as having clients that are never disappointed – because they are put first

Deirdre Fibiger Property NetworkI believe that if you are going to do something then you have to do it to the best of your abilities. I therefore am constantly striving to be better than I was yesterday. Always willing to learn more and be more. More than willing to accept criticism from my clients so that I can perform better the next time.
This attitude, played a large part in me winning the Institute of Estate Agent’s Rookie of the Year award in my first year, The Remax Rookie of the Year in my region for both number of units sold as well as commissions earned and contributed to having regularly won awards and received accolades since then until finally in the year before I changed brands, winning Remax Top Agent for the Eastern Cape (See Pic).
To you, my client, this means that you can always expect to receive my utmost, because my goal is the same as yours – a swift, professional, hassle free property transaction. My attitude to being the best I can be, is your assurance of service excellence

I love being a woman. I have no desire to compete with men or to try and be like men. I recognise that we have different roles to play and am glad that I have mine. I respect men for who they are and ask only the same respect in return.
I love the fact that taxis’s will always stop for us and that we get let off sinking ships first. We have the ability to dress
Deirdre Fibiger Property Network ourselves. We can talk to people of the opposite sex without having to picture them naked and we know that there are times when chocolate really can solve all your problems.
It’s awesome that our man’s clothes make us look elfin and gorgeous - guys look like complete idiots in ours. We don't look like a frog in a blender when dancing and are not limited like Windows in perceiving colour – we understand peach and grape.
And of course men die earlier, so we get to cash in on the life insurance. Deirdre Remax Smiley
I am a woman and love it!
“Being a woman is a terribly difficult task, since it consists principally in dealing with men.” Bernard Conrad

I am an avid sports watcher with a particular passion for Rugby! In our home the loudest shouts when a match is on come from me not my husband.
I wear the green and gold of the Springbucks with pride and have hardly missed watching a match in years. But South Africans are generally passionate about Rugby and have even been known to delay important meetings to watch the end of a match. During Rugby season appointments to view houses always have to be planned around broadcast times.
I will not give away which local Super 14 team I support but suffice to say that land animals are no match for the kings of the deep waters. Deirdre Remax Smiley

A quality that successful real estate professionals share is community involvement. Property Network Associates in particular are mindful of the impact they make locally, not just in real estate but as caring citizens. We understand that building a great neighbourhood starts with caring and supporting local programs and organizations that make a profound difference in everyday lives. That’s why we put our hearts, our finances and our efforts behind a wide number of incredible worthwhile charities.
We try and ensure our people are always among the leaders in their communities, devoting time and money to countless charities and local causes. Committed to their own personal charities as well corporate drives and institutions we may
support such as our current endeavours to raise funds for Chess in the Eastern Cape toward the development of a uniform curriculum by the Royal Guard Chess Foundation. Deirdre Fibiger Property Network
The Community Care Program is designed to help Property Network Associates give back to the communities where they live, work, and play. As a part of this, I contribute to any national giving incentive of the company, but also give willingly other causes I believe in, such as the Leadership Development Institute of SA, the child care centre Liebenhaus, as well as the Obumi Ubutshu Youth Centre, which all make an ongoing difference in the lives of those less fortunate, building stronger communities for the benefit of all.
