Fortunately, although limited in availability, I have had the opportunity to attend this course and become certified.

I am one of the very small number of agents in the country which have now undergone this training and proudly carry the designation CDPE - Just one more way we constantly stay ahead of the rest.

The course focuses on the various options that the professionally trained estate agent can offer homeowners that find themselves in a distressed situation.

It means the agent who carries the designation is exactly that - a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Someone, more than capable of helping analyse your situation and provide you with alternative options to solve your financial crisis with respect to your home.

A CDPE has a thorough understanding of the complex issues in todays turbulent real estate industry and can provide the solutions the home owner might be looking for. Homeowners regularly proceed wiuthout guidance, through the often financially and emotionally devastating prospect of losing their home. Speaking to a well informed, licenced real estate professional is the best course of action for a homeowner in distress.
